Отобразилась неисправность 255 на частотном преобразователе CFW110211T4ON1DBZ. Подобные устройства ATV71WU15N4, CIMRJ7AZ20P10, EI-7011-150HIP54 установленные на двигателях без аварий.
Методику нашел через google по запросу "Ремонт частотного преобразователя Altivar atv312hu11m2" prom-electric.ru/articles/1/370/ . Оказалось сгорел модуль Mitsubishi.

Вылезла ошибка err108 на инверторе FR-A220-0.75K-UL. Другие приборы ATV21HD22N4, C1MR-L7Z4015, E1-9013 800H установленные на двигателях работают.
Расшифровку нашел через yandex по запросу "Ремонт частотного преобразователя Altivar 71 plus atv71exc5c16y" prom-electric.ru/articles/1/954/ . Вышел из строя стабистор.
